Good Housekeeping Magazine, October 2013 page 88

In an article about Tory Johnson's effort (successful) to lose weight, she mentions what she calls "life savers: The little things that helped me on my weight-loss journey."

1)" A fresh coat: Nail polish top coat became [a] go-to distraction and probably saved...thousands of calories. You can't do anything with your fingers - liike rech in a bag to get chips - if your top coat is still wet. By the time it dried, the urge to eat had usually passed."

More tomorrow.

I'd sooner play a game of online scrabble than paint my finger nails on a regular basis lol. But it sure is a great distraction...that it is!
