My spaghetti squash!!

Sunday, January 11, 2015

Tonight for dinner we had spaghetti squash and Alaskan Pollock. It was great here is what it looked like without the fish on the plate.

This plate used:

1 Spaghetti squash ( A normal person could get away using half of one I'm an ogre)
2 Roma tomatoes sliced
1 Bell pepper
5 Mushrooms
2 cloves of Garlic
1/2 and Onion sliced
1/2 can of Swanson chicken broth
2 3oz Alaskan Pollock fillets
1/8 cup lemon juice

It was delicious guys and came in at 390 calories. On top of that, the whole plate was 390 I made entirely to much so there is plenty for tomorrow!

dumbelle84 I found 400 degrees for 30 mins is just right for medium to large squashes.

I am lucky enough to have farmers markets close to me and three very awesome health food grocery stores within walking distance. Sprouts is about half a mile away, that's where I went today. Whole foods is about a mile and a half away, And trader Joes is in the same parking lot so pretty cool and all three carry great organic and healthy foods.
