I have to keep this in the forefront of my journey to lose pounds of fat this year. Friday I was exhausted from work and thought I would make it my day off for the week.
Alas, I took one day, two days off from spark. I cannot do this again. I have to at least log in, get 50 points a day.
My goals for January now are:
1- no fried foods, met 9 of 11 days
2- 8 glasses of water, met 6 of 11 days
3 - week of 01/12: log in and obtain 50 points daily from spark even if oyu don't go to teams. log your food, track your nutrition learn something!!
