2 large eggs
1/8 cup skim milk
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup Kroger 2% mexican blend cheese
1 squirt of Parkay Spray to keep it from sticking
The most filling breakfast I've had all week! All week long breakfast has been around the 300-500 calorie range. I don't mind a higher calorie breakfast because its my favorite meal of the day. Today I got up and made a scramble and it was my lowest calorie breakfast of the week and the most satisfying. So yeah thought I would share with you guys!
