Preparing for a trip

I work tomorrow, then I am off for 3 days to have a late Christmas in the mountains. I have taken some steps to make sure that I stay on track while I'm away from home.
1. Taking my Kindle so I can track what I eat.
2. I will be able to access YouTube on my Kindle, so I have access to exercise videos
3. We went shopping yesterday and bought some fruits, yogurt, tuna- things to ensure we are eating healthy breakfasts and lunches.
4. Our main Christmas meal is lasagna, and we bought whole wheat noodles, spinach, part skim ricotta, zuccini, and ground turkey to make a healthier version.
I'm very excited! I think I have a good plan to stay on track! Nothing tastes as good as skinny is going to feel! I plan to weigh in on Friday morning after, and I know it will be a good weigh in!!
