    I agree, 3pm is kind of snack time anyway. I grab a tangerine off a tree on the way to the pool to do water aerobics.

    emoticon for sharing that. Never knew Vit C helped with tiredness. I do take the tablets because there's a lot of sugar in the fruit. I, however, do berries and enjoy them quite well.
