Entered my vanilla shakeology concoction into sparkpeople and realized this is where I can get the boost in my protein and fiber. But I cannot drink this everyday...I wouldn't be able to leave the bathroom! So for now maybe it will be an every other day breakfast for me. Used my Kohl's cash to get some new workout clothes. Yesterday was my first day out with "fast food". I decided on taco bell with regular hard shell taco and no sour cream. First time I've had soda in about 6 days and honestly I just only drank half and threw the rest away...just didn't want it. Little victories. Before I would have not hesitated to get something decadent and sandwich-like with fries and drank all my pop + refill. I'm seriously taking this new mindset thing one day at a time. Hopefully, hubby and I will help clear out the basement more this weekend so I can have some space to move more. Maybe take my laptop down there for DVD's. Already have treadmill, weight bench and free weights down there.
