21 Day Fix Week One

Monday started my journey of fitness in 2015. My BFF (aka Sister from another Mother) and I decided that after doing the c25k program...and actually finishing it...that this year we would finish as many Beachbody programs as possible.....Because after all we have a video library full of them!
Well Monday we started the 21 Day Fix, and for anyone that is looking for a program I can tell you this one is AMAZING. (and NO I'm not just saying that as a Beachbody Coach) Not only are there daily workouts that are only 30 mins, but there is a meal plan that is very "dummy proof" once you get it down. (thank god for pintrest and my creativity!)
I am working out at my gym at my work Mon, Tue, Thur and Fri with a group of girls and Wed at home. In the 3rd week of this I will be working out 2x a day so at work and at home because that is the last week so they double up on the workouts. So far I missed yesterdays Pilates so I'm doing that tonight once I get home. Food wise I haven't been 100%, but I've been A LOT better than last week and that is good for me. The real test will be this weekend when I'm away from the office and at home.
So the other exciting news is that I just signed up for the Biggest Loser Challenge at my job. I'm a little scared about it because there are 20 of us and out of that number there are four guys and usually they have the better outcomes. We are doing it my percent so for that I might actually do good as I have a lot to drop still. (also the scale we are using is way off, as it said I weighed 20lbs more than when I was at home!!)
I just feel that this will really help keep me away from the sweets and on track. I'm going to make a new vision board this weekend so that I can stay on track with that. I'm also going to post notes on the fridge and such to help me not to mindlessly eat. Top prize is $350....and that would be perfect spending money for new clothes that I will be needing this year!
