Day 8 - Not a Good Tracking Day

Lets just say that tiredness and the deep freeze that we are experiencing these past two days has taken its toll on me today. I started eating well but tanked by midday. It took me 8 days to slip in my eating habits, and therefore I don't even want to track it.

I consciously made bad food choices during lunch, followed by a tiny crumbs cupcake, fettuccine alfredo with breaded (and fried) chicken cutlet (approx 2 oz.) followed by my nighttime indulgence of swiss cake rolls. I also, didn't make it to 10,000 steps, although I still went for a walk but only in big stores around the area where I work because it was too cold. And remember, today is not a gym day...grrr.

I still have to finish a blog post for tomorrow morning on my own blog page and I have to finish two projects by tomorrow, one to list for sale on the blog and another that is a special order. So I bid you all a good night and I hope that tomorrow will be a better day.

My only saving grace - no soda, no coffee!

    hi L, i had a day like this on day 4. Its so hard to make right choices! Im challenged all day because im the only one counting cals. Im sure that tomorrow you will redeem yourself and you will pick up where you left off on day 7. I need you. Gnight
