Housecleaning - be real!

Thursday, January 08, 2015

I like a clean house - but I don't like housecleaning. I hate spending time doing household chores when I could be doing fun things! However, some things, are necessary - like those household chores.

I need to clean house on my spark page. I've been putting it off. I'm not very techie - so it is a challenge to me. I need to update the things on my page as may of them are just simply not where I am at or where I want to be!

I need to clean out my Spark Teams, my Spark Friends and lots of other stuff on my page. I need to update my ticker with my current weight! I don't want to! I'd rather keep my head in the sand and wait until my current weight gets back down to the weight on my ticker and then move on! However, now is the time to keep it real!

All little stuff - but big stuff! So starting today I am going to begin to clean my spark house and get it sparkling once again!

I have deemed the year 2015 the year of small changes! I have found that all these small things are the mortar that hold it all together! So when I sign off this blog, I am updating my weight - that one I can clean up quickly!

I really believe in the power and momentum of small changes! I really, really do because for one thing, when we can make small changes they help with our confidence (at least they do mine, lol). Barb, I think you're pretty darn awesome!

Good for you! Small changes in which you are 90% confident of success add up to resounding success over time! emoticon emoticon
