Today I woke up at such an awkward time, it was to late for breakfast but a little to early for lunch so I just waited an hour and had one meal instead of two. I dont know how well its going to work so Ill have fruit on stand by for snackies later hahaha. But there is a benefit I suppose, I have had hotdogs in my fridge for a few days and I have been avoiding them like the plague. For 140/150 calories you get one hotdog, not to filling. For the same 140/150 calories I can have a whole boneless skinless chicken breast, much more filling. But today having missed breakfast I decided why not have a few of the dogs and get rid of them. So yeah, they were good. I made them with chopped bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Still under calories for what breakfast and lunch would have been so yeah! What do you guys think? Good choice or mistake?

    I think it was good, we can't deprive ourselves all the time, everything in moderation I say, and also great you added some veggies with it!

    Great choice. You stayed within your calorie limit and dressed up your choice with some healthy veggies. It's also really important to indulge occasionally (and in moderation) in the foods you love. It tends to help you stay with the plan longer because you don't feel like you're depriving yourself.

    I know with what I am doing, I have basically put a calorie ceiling instead of banning certain foods. I can look at food and say its worth it or not for my day instead of saying I can't eat this or that ever again. Hopefully it will keep you full for the calories. I have given up fast food because I could eat 800 calories at lunch and still be starving at 3:30. Good luck.

    Sounds like it was tasty. I am a believer in trying to balance out all meals properly throughout the day. So if I get up late, I might eat something different but it is still breakfast, and I may need to fit something in later than usual to finish off the day. Sometimes you need to eat what you love, not just what you think is better for you. Otherwise you'll end up crashing and splurging big time. Just make the rest of the day fit in calorie wise and you'll be okay.

    Not bad. Let's face it as long as you don't make it a habit what the heck. I'm no dietitian but as long as the calories work out I say hope it tasted good and just get on with your life. Have a great day!!!
