Today I woke up at such an awkward time, it was to late for breakfast but a little to early for lunch so I just waited an hour and had one meal instead of two. I dont know how well its going to work so Ill have fruit on stand by for snackies later hahaha. But there is a benefit I suppose, I have had hotdogs in my fridge for a few days and I have been avoiding them like the plague. For 140/150 calories you get one hotdog, not to filling. For the same 140/150 calories I can have a whole boneless skinless chicken breast, much more filling. But today having missed breakfast I decided why not have a few of the dogs and get rid of them. So yeah, they were good. I made them with chopped bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Still under calories for what breakfast and lunch would have been so yeah! What do you guys think? Good choice or mistake?
