OK... Today I am focused on the scale...
My victory is keeping my head on straight and realizing that my saily weight fluctuations on the scale do NOT mean that my plan is "not working!"
They just mean:
1) Maybe I didn't get in enough water yesterday
2) I worked out pretty hard yesterday so my muscles are swollen
3) Water retention
4) Remember... My body fat calculator estimates a loss even though my weight is up.
Keeping with the plan and remembering all this will get me to success in the long-run.
