Sleep - focus for the month

Going to work on this as I have a problem of staying asleep. Have been journaling and that seems to release any anxious thoughts or just clear my mind by letting me establish action steps to accomplish small goals and to celebrate victories and express gratitude. Wish there was a better sleep tracker on SP, but won't fret over it either. I keep to a consistent exercise routine and have been adding in more stretching and hip strengthening exercises. No caffeine, but lots of liquids--nighttime urination not an issue though.

    I love to sleep. Sometime I lay in the bed so much my back hurts. That must be a casualty of old age or being more fit. I never used to have that problem. Hope you can gradually resolve the sleep issue.

    Excellent! Sleep is so important for not just weight loss but overall health and wellness.
