Sleep - focus for the month

Going to work on this as I have a problem of staying asleep. Have been journaling and that seems to release any anxious thoughts or just clear my mind by letting me establish action steps to accomplish small goals and to celebrate victories and express gratitude. Wish there was a better sleep tracker on SP, but won't fret over it either. I keep to a consistent exercise routine and have been adding in more stretching and hip strengthening exercises. No caffeine, but lots of liquids--nighttime urination not an issue though.
