midweek update

It's day 2 of my "staycation", and I thought it would be a good idea to check up on my progress against my previous blog.

We went skiing yesterday, which was on my mental list of things to do, even if it didn't make it into the blog! That helped me get over my 10K step goal yesterday too, emoticon

Today I was going to try to get to the aerial yoga class, and I called the place to see if I could also book a facial. When she called me back, she didn't have any facials today, but tomorrow I could get in, so I have a facial booked right after the yoga class! I'm so excited to try this, and go for a little pampering as well.

So that left today, and some free time. I decided to go for a walk, to see if I could get to my 10K goal again, and it's a beautiful day out, so now I'm back from that, put a pot of soup on and I'm just waiting for that to heat up. And I got to my goal already today! emoticon

So I had to look at the last blog to make sure I remembered everything I wanted to get done. I think after lunch, I'll get downstairs and hang the pictures I was wanting to get up. And maybe look at all the "stuff" on the desk down there, and get rid of some of it.

And Larry and I have talked about the TV, he looked at the model I was thinking about getting, he has some ideas to keep in mind, and also needs a new computer and laptop, so we're putting all that into the "queue" to research and eventually purchase. Not the way I usually roll, but I can live with it!
