A review of 2014 & goals for 2015

In reviewing 2014 I see it was a year of a roller coaster ride. I mean I started out @ 176, lost some weight, but would regain it. My diabetes has been a big issue with controlling my weight & especially with finding a medication that would work well but not cause weight gain or cause allergic reactions I think I have found the right RX balance finally. So after gaining 12#s in the fall due to a medication that thankfully I'm no longer on, I have finished out 2014 @ 183.5, a gain of 7.5#s during the year overall.
2015 is a new year & recently in the latter part of 2014 I received a severe wakeup call with my labs putting me at a high risk factor for heart related issues due to uncontrolled BS & an A1c of 9.1. YIKES!! Yes, Doctor, you have my attention, finally.
So I'm on a new track of closing watching my meals & tracking EVERYTHING I eat/chew.
My goals for 2014 are:
*Continue tracking meals & fitness & Water daily
*work on getting 7 hours of sleep each night
*work on a stress reducing plan
*creating & completing a workable fitness plan for my busy schedule
I have 2 specific weight loss goals for this year.
1. Drop down to 160 by my birthday, July 10
2. Drop to 145 by Christmas 2015
Using SMART goals, 2015 will be my year to spark!
