Better day today. Less cravings and I stayed on plan. Lord please let this sugar withdrawal be over soon. Now if I can just get my energy back. Walked over 9,000 steps but none of them counted as exercise. Might have something to do with the fact I woke up at 3 am and could not go back to sleep. I did not go to bed till 11 pm and 4 hours sleep is not sufficient rest.
Ok this is what I accomplished today
Daily devotional, read 4 chapters of my bible, meditation 15 minutes, stayed on plan with whole 30, walked 9,812 steps and worked 10 hours. Just no energy to exercise tonight after fixing dinner and washing dishes.
When you look at it like that it really wasn't a bad day.
