Day 6 - A No Exercise Day

Tuesdays are one of my no exercise days only because I use this day to cook for today and tomorrow so I can make it to them gym. I get home around 6:15 so it has to be either one or the other. Wasn't able to make it to 10,000 steps either but tomorrow is another day!
On the bright side - I didn't go over my numbers, I'm still tracking both fitness and food, making sure I blog a little each night and keep reading all I can on SP!
