awesome day

Tuesday, January 06, 2015

Well dinner was great I had talapia with cabbage and a vegetable stir fry medley it was awesome tasted great and satisfied the belly hahaha

Has anyone else noticed this, on my nutrition tracker I have it set to a daily goal of 1000-1200 calories a day and on the report it shows me as having a daily goal of 1,242 - 1,442 then I look at the setting again and it shows 1000-1200 so I dont know lol

but all in all good day felt good no hardcore cravings. I did get a little emotional for a min though felt really bad when I realized I was cranky over food emoticon

Is it a program you have to do every day? I know around here we have a medically overseen program called HMR. It's kinda like Nutrisystem but more details. My mom lost almost 150 pounds in 2 years

that actually helps a lot at least I understand what it is doing now thanks guys. My "diet" ( i know people dont like that word around here ) was set up by my doctor and a nutritionist so i kinda have to stick with the caloric intake and not mess with it that's why i was wondering. I'm 477 lbs and getting ready to go through a gastric bypass so everything i do must be monitored and recorded for my doctors. this site really rocks though everyone is so encouraging and friendly emoticon

Glad your day ended up in a good way. Better to be happy and lose a little slower than miserable and lose quickly

You can turn the link between your exercise tracker and your nutrition tracker on and off. If you turn it off, your goals will be exactly what you set them at ... and you can adjust that as well. To do both, just go to the bottom of the nutrition page and select "Edit Nutrition Goals".
Dinner sounds great, by the way.

If you log any exercises or work outs then it will change your calorie intake. You should only have a certain calorie deficit between the calories you eat and the total daily calories your burn. Hope this helps.

Great job on the good day!
