Week 1 Check In

Well its the 5th day of the year and I am sailing smoothly!!!
I am eating well! and managing my calories. I havent had any ice cream
, MAN I LOVE ICE CREAM lol or cupcakes
OMG I am near cursing lol!!!! I have been drinking plenty of water
and I have been cooking. I am trying to cook everyday for dinner and when I am home, for lunch as well.
I have been experimenting with Chicken and fish and adding broccoli to everrrrything
I have been sweating it out daily
! I find it so hard to take a break day because of my fear that if i stop i wont keep going! I got myself an exercise bar and so I have been doing my own 40 minute workout routines in my loft to consist of squats, pushups, lunges, leg raises, and whatever else I can think of!!!
Anywho my weigh in for 2015 was 207.6...im hoping to see a nice 200 on Feb 1!! We shall see
