progress is good

i'm moving along. up to 2 miles walking, now. i'll keep increasing slowly, until i can resume my 3 miles/3 times a week. i don't know if it's the drugs, or walking, or avoiding sugar, but i've dropped 6 lbs. i know to not expect this kind of loss to continue, but i'm THRILLED that i've reached the 10% mark, already. moving on.... emoticon
