2014 a year in review

What a great year!
I lost 40.4 lbs in 2014 making it a grand total of 110.8 (105.6 with Weight Watchers)!
Finish my first ½ marathon
Set personal records for deadlifts, squats, barbell row, overhead press and bench press!
Hit a new personal record for my 5K time!
