I have spent the last few days doing a ton (and I mean a TON) of research. I have decided that for my particular case - it is not as simple as calories in vs. calories out. I will be embarking on a new strategy of HIIT combined with weight training for the next several weeks and tracking my progress. Thus far I certainly feel more energetic and rewarded, I'm SORE today! It hurts to sit down and pee! (I know prob TMI but ya know what I'm PROUD of that pain!) I'm making up exercises everywhere I go. Guess who the weirdo is in the ladies doing wall push-ups when you come in? THAT'S ME! Who's doing calf raises on conference calls at her desk? THAT'S ME! I'm done whining and I WILL defeat this beast!
