I love how I feel when I know in my mind I'm ready to stick to a routine again. Last night was 3 miles on the treadmill & monthly ab challenge x2. I was in so much pain from being sore from the previous day's ab challenges, but I pushed through, modified slightly, and did it. I feel great today! Sore, but a great sore! :D Excited for tonight.
