Day 5 - A Great Day

Today actually was great, I lost 6 lbs, I paid off the balance of two minor credit cards, paid a portion of a third minor credit card, had zero stress at work, didn't suffer any transit delays and finished another product for my shop!

I even made it to the gym to do another 30 minutes of cardio, this is on top of my power walk on my lunch break where I got to spend 15 minutes in my very favorite store Michaels! I got so much fitness in that when I looked at my food tracker it showed that I could eat another entire day's meal if I wanted to, but ummm... no, I didn't. However I did indulge in one of my favorite snacks as a cake rolls!

This is day 5 of no soda, and no Dunkin Donuts coffee... this was not planned by the way, it just happened. I sort of miss them but I miss my slimmer body more.

I felt so happy today, I need more days like this...

    Sound like a very good day, indeed! Good for you for not eating that extra meal! Right now I would not have been that strong, but I'll get there. More power to you, and keep up the great work!!!
