My goal last week was to not eat any fast food and I made it! Since I haven't made another goal for this week I think I will make that my goal for this week also. I also have a goal to exercise at least 4 times this week. Today I rode my exercise bike during my lunch break for 25 minutes. I have also managed to not eat anything after dinner tonight!!
