My New year goal was to start taking better care of me and I am working on this every day.
I have set a monthly goal at work to help 3 of us do better. We are doing 30 day goals instead of who lost the most. My goal is no deep fried foods in January. I started this about 2 years ago and have done well until the stress hits.. So need to get back on this wagon badly.
My weekly goals are going to be nutrition and/or exercise related.
This week is getting back to water every day. I can tell how lethargic and dehydrated I am - looking forward to being full of it! :)
