Training 1/5 - 1/11
Monday - 60 min Incline tread and ST intervals - DONE!! Treadmill intervals with ST. 15% incline @ 3.0 holding 8 lb Db's - punching/overhead press and curls with Db's while walking. ST - mountain climbers, wall balls, squat press, upper/lower body band work, air squats, weighted jacks and push ups. Ended with Piyo Define upper body. Exhausted, drenched and HAPPY!! :)
Tuesday - Spin 60 mins and core
Wednesday - ST and 3 mile RW
Thursday - REST :)
Friday - Spin 60 mins and core, RW 3 miles
Saturday - RW 3 miles and ST
Sunday - REST :)
