How I've missed SparkPeople & my friends here. But, sometimes life is so busy! For one thing, we moved this summer... for the first time in over 17 years!
I am ready to re-lose the last 12 pounds of what I gained back. I've been faithfully exercising the past 5 or 6 months. I did 3 races: a 10 mile run (PR by over 13 minutes!!), a half marathon (PR by about half a minute) & a 5K (PR by more than a minute!). I also started tennis lessons! I'm enjoying my workouts, but I'm not happy with my weight.
I'm trying a free 30 day trial of DailyBurn... have you heard of it? I'll let you know how it goes. And, I started tracking my food again today. I know that's the way I lose weight... I must track what I eat!
I hope everyone is well & look forward to catching up with you. I'm going to start my workout now... a 33 minute DailyBurn with butt, hip & thighs & then I'll work the same muscles on my new pilates reformer. I LOVE IT!
