Small Changes Challenge - Experiments with Tofu - and NEAT

Thanks to those who responded to my request for Tofu ideas - sounded so much easier than I had thought and when I went to a local shop where I knew they stocked it, I found so many different types and flavours that I could be eating it once or twice a week for a year! Today for lunch I griddled some Japanese Tofu 'fillets', cut them into chunks and threw them into a stir fry. Delicious! I found a recipe here on Spark for marinading it in Ginger and Orange which I'm going to try tomorrow.

All in all I find myself unexpectedly excited by the prospect of experiments with Tofu.

Todays challenge is to move more - not to sit for too long and stay on my feet. Always a timely reminder for me - I'm far too good at sitting about - can always find an excuse to do something sitting down! I thought I'd got that habit cracked when I followed the reccommendations for N.E.A.T. in the Spark Solution but I let it slide. SO - I'm trying again to establish a better permanent habit.
Today, thanks to Day 2 - Just Ten - I've started, yet again, to try to do regular workouts, even only for ten minutes, because I am more and more aware at my age that I need to take care of muscle strength. I just hope I find the motivation to continue with all these things on a regular basis.
