Yup, I have signed up again!

Happily I am back in my old team - a fabulous bunch of motivators and inspirations.

Part of the preparation was to replace my scale batteries (Yup, I hadn't been on the scales in that long - a massive pat on the back for me there!)

As I stepped on to test the new batteries, my weight came up at 153. This was a massive surprise to me actually - what with the excesses of Christmas (yes, with that mindless cramming to keep up with the selfishness of the ex again!) and the fact that I havent really been concentrating on my weight - added to the fact this is an evening weighin (which when I was at my scale-hopping worst would have been 3lbs heavier than my first-thing weight, 2lbs more than the 10am I usually choose to measure at - no idea if the variances are still the same, but this is my frame of reference)
So I am assuming my real start weight come Friday will be something around 150lbs. Which is pretty good considering I ended the 2014 Winter challenge last March at 152.

I will probably do my weekly progress reports on my new community journal, just so I don't clutter my blog with them - so pop over there and say hi if you feel the need.
