NEW YEAR, NEW GOALS

Going to attempt a fresh start at getting back to a healthier weight. Starting out at 263....ugh almost 50 lbs. heavier than my lowest adult weight of 217. My immediate goal is to just gain control of what's going into my mouth daily by using the food journal. I still go to the gym 3-4 times per week, so exercise is my friend and will remain to be my friend. Activity is not my issue....it's what I'm eating.
On the bright side, no where near my highest adult weight of 333. Simply put, I'm no longer feeling comfortable in my own skin, so it's time to do something about it.
