I haven't been addicted to fitness in 2 years...

Monday, January 05, 2015

and it shows. I have gained 33 lbs over the past 2 years. I blame my job--actually I blame the new EMR (electronic medical records) system at my job that we got 2 years ago when my office was merged with another healthcare facility that already had this "lovely" EMR. It's the most user unfriendly EMR that I have ever encountered and it has resulted in my inability to get my work done in a timely manner. meaning, I am spending more time doing work than anything else including exercise. I have attempted several "comebacks" last year but was unable to keep exercising consistently. I have to make a change someway, somehow, because I can't keep going in this direction. I do not like the way my body feels. I feel more fat and bloated than I ever did before. I have to plan out some major restructuring of what I do at work and what I do at home. It can be done, I know it! Now I just have to do it!!

Life is made up of our personal decisions. Do not delegate that to anyone or anything else. You have the power to do it.
