January 2015 Challenge --- Day 1---Stress Eating.

My jet lag has mostly passed, my sugar cravings have too, mostly. My husband is gung-ho to start. I set up my goal board and have reviewed spark exercise videos.
Yesterday the family came over for our post Gramma/Grandpa's vacation Christmas. The house was filled with holiday candy, doughnut snowman, candy stuffed pancakes, and one big heavy caramel apple pie. I didn't have any. I had the veggie plate, cheese and protein. I was proud- I've already lost 3 pounds!
Spending almost a full week on travel recovery seemed to have proved warranted.
Potential challenges: My tripod dog hurt his front and only forward leg, so husband and I need to carry this 85 pound dog around the house. Too heavy for both of us. Will listen to vet's advise today but this dog is a very problematic in many ways and we both know the potential cost (emotional and financial) if this is anything more than a sprain. Stress.
Our home business causes very high stress. Our project manager screwed a lot up while we were away. Our sales guy didn't close any sales and focused on family all month. Stress
