Well the plant based whole food streak is over, was a great run learned more about me who I am and where I come from. I realized I was having to take more supplements to meet certain needs and I also found myself getting what I can only assume is wheat belly - for me I am not one who can live on plants alone. So many starches, oats, legumes etc... All whole grains! Yum! Corn, Salsa, hummus, on and on. So I have been getting an awesome sugar fix just in another way, I noticed as time passed constant hunger kept creeping in more and more.
Now realizing if I continue down the path of this constant hunger trouble is a brewing, I have decided I CAN easily live without dairy a wonderful revelation I learned on the Plant Based eating!! I am not going back to dairy cheeses, butters, milk, yogurts. All Processed foods and chemicals are still out of my life I can not go back to them. So after more research I guess what my eating style will be is called Paleo. I am staying with the Vegetable, berry, nuts and going back to eggs, wild or grass fed meats etc..
OMG!!! It's been 6 days Good-bye WHEAT Good-bye Eat! Instantly the next day after consuming 3 eggs instead of Tofu my hunger CEASED! I did NOT see that coming, no oats, rice, beans, potato, nothing no craving for food! My food consumption has totally dissipated, my bloated tummy is decompressed! I'm just hopping it stays this way, my body has a lot of carbs to burn up after that ride.
My energy is climbing up, so is my attitude! Cleaning out the clutter of food in my life is feeling pretty good. I honestly get tired of food, what to eat, when to eat, how to eat, on and on, simplifying everything in my life has been a challenge but simplifying what to eat makes sense to me.
Beans, beans, the musical fruit the more you eat the more you toot, the more you toot the better you feel so lets have beans for every meal! (No More) and all was quiet when she went paleo! Hallelujah.
