BAD, busy day at work ended in me eating too many calories after work- on the upside I'm not angry or hating myself for it I'm proud:
1. I felt very hungry at the time of my eating
2. I ate all healthy things ( whole wheat toast with almond butter, cottage cheese, Turkey and Swiss, and a bowl of special k) and I tracked everything I ate
3. I did not throw in the towel and go out to dinner I ate the healthy dinner I had shopped for
4. I exercised walked 3 miles and burned over 500 calories!
Water aerobics in the am spark on people!!
