resoulution: active!

Many of you know I have lost alot of weight in the past, and I also have gained most of it back. Sometimes the truth is so hard to swallow, but it will also set you free. I didn't start feeling better until I fully admitted to myself that I have a problem. My obsession with food will never end, I need to learn where my cravings root from and how to control them. Since October 1st, weighing in at 337 pounds (only 20 shy of my all time highest) I started over. Clean slate. I've been working hard, and I have slipped a couple of times. It happens. I'm ready to make 2015 my year!! First pic was taken October 7th 2014. Second pic was taken yesterday. 32 pound difference. As long as you never give up, you are trying.

You are doing a fantastic job. Acknowledging your stumbling blocks and resuming your journey is never easy, but you've already proven that you have what it takes to succeed.

Making healthy choices day by day with awareness makes all the difference.

Yep, i KNow exactly what you're talking about. I've had a series of crappy things happen this year, and I've gained about 40. It's embarrassing, and upsetting, and I've pretty much ignored this place because of it. But I"m back and I've been on track and I'm going to do this! WE'RE going to do this! I've got your back girl! *HUGS*
