Back in 2015... With a foot injury

Hi!. Long time, no me. I have been MIA for a very long time. I am not proud of this fact but I have finally found my way back.
During my absence I kept up with my exercise routine until mid September 2014. Then I slowly tapered off until I stopped completely. With the absence of exercise, my eating habits started to spiral out of control. As a result of these actions, or lack of action on my part, I believe I've regained about 25 pounds which I found extremely hard to lose in the first place. I'm not for sure about that number because I'm too chicken to step on the scale.
But I am back before all of my lost weight returns and brings extra friends with it.
I am returning with an injury, a partially torn tendon or ligament in my foot which will make exercising a challenge for the time being but I will figure it out. I'm starting with 10 minutes a day and plan to build up from there.
I am back to logging my food too. I really missed doing that and don't know why I stopped in the first place.
I feel really crappy and do not want this horrible feeling to continue.
So I am glad to be back and look forward to reconnecting with my friends here.
