Days 2 & 3

I realize now that planning on blogging a little every day is not going to be easy so I think it will be alright to post a couple of days together...
So far, eating healthier and moving more has been easier. I believe I am on the right track for now. I wasn't able to finish tracking last night because I had some people over and while I was nibbling here and there I knew I had enough points to cover it. I had no alcohol, no soda, just sparkling water the whole night.
I am making up for it today by blogging... tracking, eating right and sticking to my plan. I also made sure that I got up and dragged myself to the gym for 30 minutes of cardio, some arm weights and abdominals.
All in all its about the choices that we make everyday - we need to make conscious choices and not mindless ones. And I choose to be healthy...do you?
