No more excuses

2014 has not been a great year health-wise. Don't get me wrong, I am still in great help, but bad habits made their way to my daily routine. With work being crazy, a little one who takes a lot of my time and lazyness, I managed to get back to my post-delivery weight...
The good news is 2014 is over!
I have decided to set myself monthly goals.
January is always no-sugar month. That one I know I am good at.
I also want to complete 21 day fix. I owe it to myself. It's 30 minutes and it fits perfectly in my routine.
I don't have any excuses!
I can do it!
