Day 8: 30 minutes to Fitness-Your Best Body- Kelly Coffey-Meyer dvd
I completed the pre-mix workout: Cardio and Upper Body 55 minutes. I started with 8 pound weights and half way in, I had to switch to 5 pound weights. My goal by the end of the month complete the whole 55 minute workout using 8 pound weights.
