Well, the numbers don't lie...except for the 3rd set below. I do my first of year weigh-ins after a night of either a nye party or eating a really heavy meal out. Either way, the information I'm giving you is 75% honest.

* exactly 8 pounds away from my goal weight.
Although it's easy to say, I cheated with an inflated weight, I actually lost weight this week (yes on a week involving both New Years as well as Christmas leftovers). Heck my defacto midweek I was 203.2.
I will no longer post my previous week's weight. I've found it to be a confusing number. I'll gain three pounds and then post a lost of two since the last week and people wonder why I am not happy with that (It's because I've gained a pound).
So going forward, I will post my previous low weight for the year (Now 203.0) as a benchmark.
