Small Changes Challenge

On Thursday I started the challenge and the instruction for Day 1 was to tell someone I was doing it. I mentioned it to a few people but am officially declaringmy intention here today. Yesterday was my partner's birthday so I thought it woud be difficult to comply with the 'Just Ten Minutes' exercise directive. However, he declared his wish to go to a local restaurant for lunch so that was a 15 minute walk - and back again. Job done! Today, according to the challenge chart, is 'Eat breakfast' - although I don't get the emails until lunchtime so it's a good thing I had already made a batch of Coach Nicole's Breakfast Frittata with the intention of getting into the habit of breakfast - not normally something I do - so a happy coincidence. I have my grandchildren this weekend and was expecting to fetch them from Southampton but my son is bringing them over so I have some extra time to fit in some more 'Just Ten Minutes'. Small habits to build up into bigger ones. All going well so far and suits me very well.
