Update 2

Friday, January 02, 2015

Step-daughter leaves tomorrow and I'm getting right back to my regular routine (I can't wait!)

I actually met my December goal of 213 lbs. last week, but this past week of eating hasn't been all that great. So, I'm expecting a small gain when I weigh in on Sunday, even though I've been keeping up with my exercise.

Starting a new "walk with me challenge" as of January 1st. I'll be walking with my friends on the "Relighting the Spark" team and you are welcome to join me there or simply jump in on the challenge with me when I post my blog updates. This time we're "walking" from Mio, Michigan to the Sleeping Bear Dunes in Empire, Michigan. It’s 110 miles. Look how beautiful it is there!

Get your sneakers "all sparked up" and hit the road to Empire today! Let's go! Let's go!

Don't Give Up!

PS -- Will post a review of my December progress/goals and goals for January by Sunday night.

Big Congrats on meeting your Dec. goal - woohoo! And all the best with your walking challenge. Being Canadian, I'm walking across Canada where I started with the Atlantic provinces, but have made it into Ontario, my own province. Happy Stepping!!!!

You made it through and you guys still love each other! I'm proud of you for seeing the big picture, a little indulgence isn't the end of the world and here you are with a plan of attack. I can't wait to see the goals you set for January. PS think we'll see rusty but trusty while we're making that Michigan hike?

You're doing great, I'm proud of you!
