January 2015 Challenge--- Planning 1/2

So tired. Jet lag. Thought I could just start in on 1/1 but still feeling Egypt time. The good news is that my food has been on target. Too tired to exercise, but I've been able to plan, shop and eat well. I know that by 1/5 my body will be back on USA time and I'll be able to really begin the challenge.
