Vlog #16 week 30 - 2015 goals

While I try not to think about the number on the scale this week I decide my 2015 goals.

    I totally enjoy listening to your Vlogs. I like your attitude too! Just keep your goals visual and do your best! Don't worry about the scales. Most times you are toning. Take your measurements at least once a month. Also, are you weighing at the same time of day? A person will fluctuate anywhere between 2 to 3 pounds. I try to weigh before 730 am. I read an article on here that says that if you weigh before 730am your weight should be less. Just a thought! :) I try to measure how my clothes fit rather than worry about the scales.     Oh my gosh - you are so funny! I love listening to you... especially getting on that scale! Hormones DO mess us up though - so very unfair!! I do have some friends here who weigh in once a MONTH... I think it would be hard to do that, but I can also see the reason for it ~ but definitely stick with once a week!

    Hope you enjoyed your days off work! And good for you on the not smoking :) Be strong!!! Zero cigarettes!!!!
