Sometimes I feel like life can get.a little bit crazy , always stressing over bills , weigh loss , whatever. My brain runs a mile a minute and it drives me nuts. Constantly thinking of ( what if ) bad what if's though. So I learned this when my brain is going nuts , and the kids are being crazy , when I'm miserable in my own skin , or when I want to just eat that junk food , JUST BREATHE. I take a minute to stop the craziness around me , go to a quiet room , PRAY , and just breathe. We work out own selves up which causes anxiety , depression , all of thee above and I suffer from both. I find it most helpful even if it does sound a bit selfish to just stop and do something for you for once. Take yourself out, feel beautiful , that's what I have the most hard time with is just feeling pretty , but God made us exactly who we are , we're beautiful , and it's up to us to keep our body right , we all can do this. No one understands how hard it is to lose the weight besides the people who have done it to. Its nice to have friends who understand !!!!
