Off with the Fat-I hope!

Well, day#2----My determination to journal---to get to 10,000 steps, daily---
Yesterday I did both----
The weight (recycled post Christmas "fat")-is still the same---
Hopefully I can continue on again to-day and not "blow" it with silly unhealthy foods!
Now, getting to 10,000 steps/day is not easy when it's minus 20C outside----
Yesterday I had to get my parka on--the spikes on my boots (because of the ice on the back road)-and get out into the elements and walk----(usually my winter steps are ""Dreadmill" ones)-

You know what?----I liked the walk!-
I wasn't cold-----and it used up about 1000 steps---(-Of course I had so many clothes on there was no speed there!-In fact, I probably could've rolled down the road!)-

So, Day#2 is beginning-I have 5 recycled pounds to get off --Christmas blubber--eating stuff which I didn't need---and then, of course, I have the umpteenth amount of weight to lose to get to goal---
Lord Love A Duck!-Losing weight is more ""mind over the Fat""-----
It takes planning----
