New Goals- Not a Resolution!

Is it really 2015 already? It seems like we were celebrating 2014 just a few months ago! Happy New Year to all my Spark Friends! What did you do to celebrate? My husband, Lydia, and I went to a friend's house. They have a toddler as well. He happens to be Lydia's best friend :) They are so cute together. We played with the kiddos and put them down for bed. The adults played games and tried to stay up until midnight :) We succeeded!
Now that it is 2015, I have to make some serious goals! My brother is getting married in July and I have to look amazing :) Lydia, Ken and I are all in the wedding so there will be a lot of photos of us. I gained 40 pounds during my pregnancy with Lydia per doctor's orders. I had lost so much weight (and fat) before getting pregnant, he just wanted to make sure I gained enough to be able to breastfeed and have a healthy pregnancy. Anyway, I still have 15 pounds of pregnancy weight to lose. I still look good but I need to get it off. Plus, after the wedding we plan on trying to get pregnant with baby #2!! I need to get back to 145#!
1. Lose 15-20 pounds by May 1st.
This should be an easy to achieve goal. Around 1-2 pounds/week.
2. Improve my diet by eating more fruits/veggies, remove some of the processed junk from my diet, don't eat off of Lydia's plate.
3. Track my food intake.
This is why I love Spark! It makes it so easy and fun!
4. Exercise 3x/week at least for 30 minutes and track it!
5. Get back to this...
Can you keep me accountable? I'll keep you posted on my progress!
