Not the best start to the New Year. I have a nasty little cold and it really threw a hiccup into my plans but I did do a couple of positive things today. I did eat more fruit and veggies today. I also took my vitamins which I have been slacking for the past couple of weeks. I also made sure to drink plenty of water and a glass of green tea. I wore my tracker all day and even though I didn't do much I managed to get in 1700 steps. While it may not be a great start, it is a start and I will make some more small changes tomorrow.
