Day 1 - Bringing in the New Year

Well, I'm at my parents for the holidays, and we are all sick, unfortunately. My husband and I had planned to go bowling for New Years Eve, but I just wasn't feeling up to it. I tracked most of the day yesterday, but stopped tracking when we started our little celebration, but didn't go too crazy.
Today, I did good. Tracked everything the best I could. With everyone being sick, we decided just to order a pizza for dinner. I was able to track it and stick with it, even though I wanted to grab that one extra slice. I asked my husband to put leftovers away and promised them for lunch tomorrow. Drank only water, even though I usually love a soda with my pizza. I am trying to back off from soda, and stick with water or tea if I feel like I need the caffeine.
I think the last couple days of this trip are going to be pretty low key. I was supposed to see my Aunt tomorrow, but since we are all sick, I don't think I'm going to see her at all. I will get to see my sister on Saturday, because she is returning from a trip early :) An unexpected treat for me!
I weighed myself today, only up a few pounds from when we left on this vacation. That's really good, because I had myself pretty convinced I had gained 10lbs. I really should just weigh myself regularly on vacation to keep me from getting so stressed out about it towards the end of my trips.
It has been a good trip, despite everyone catching a cold. We're all in "quarantine" together!
